Portfolio record of practice log

Hi

Does anyone know where do we find the word document that we are to use to complete our Practice log, as I want to start doing it or i will forget  – i have jotted down things on a sheet of paper, but i am also not very sure what we need to write in this log

Hi Nashie We were emailed them from Shelley on 10/09/ 21 under the heading Campus day 1 material and they were links to download

I am an idiot, I knew where it was as i printed  off the handbook and filled in the SWOS form and learning objectives in handwriting, no realising that I was to type it all out and it could facilitate that- I need to do a computer course as well as a prescribing course !!
